Regulation
Cut cotton cloths or old sheets into strips 8-12 centimetres wide; cotton cloths are torn with softer edges and more like bandages than cut edges.
Entanglement.
From ankles and arms, the strips are tied to the bottom of white; the face area and the bottom are loose.
小提示：The first sheet is secured on the inside side of the shirt with a safety pin to prevent slips.
Add nightlight
A few rounds of night-light tape were applied along the entanglemented strips, and two minutes of charge was applied to the light.
Finish the facial.
Wrap your head like a hood with a loose strip, then paint it with white to make it darker.
Test Activity
Get dressed and sit back, bend over and reach out, and all moves should be free; any tight strips should be replaced.
Common problems
Does this need sewing?
No need. All the fabric is entangled with pins fixed, and the nightlight tape is also taped.
Does nightlight tape fall off when it dances?
Stick to the fabric, no problem, but try a little bit. The tape on the elastic fabric should be over-stamped and not in a stretching direction.
Variant Program
Children ' s version Shorter strips can be used and face colours omitted, and the sense of space explorer can be felt by night-light tape alone.
